Rules
Terms & Conditions of Booking & Entry
By entering this property (whether as a paying guest or visitor) you agree to the following rules and indemnify us against all accommodation charges, damages, legal fees or other related costs incurred by us relating to your entry, or those you invite to this property.
Breach of any of the park rules may result in you being required to leave the park immediately without refund; and/ or incur a $200 park disruption charge, with any further costs additional (such as for damage, cleaning or collection costs, etc).
Arrival & Departure
Check in is from 2pm and Check out is 10am.
Account
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full-time booked.
Refunds for early departure are at the management's discretion. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Alcohol
Alcohol is only permitted to be consumed in your room. Alcohol is not to be consumed walking around the Park. Excessive drinking and parties are forbidden.
Conduct
Reasonable quietness between 10pm and 7am. Some discretion is allowed on New Year’s Eve. Reasonable behaviour and dress at all times.
Cooking
Please be advised that offensive cooking odours such as fish and curry will incur additional cleaning charges of $500.
Damage
Cost of damage to property or accommodation units (including lost future use) will be recovered.
EV Charging Policy
Charging Fee
A fee of $20 per charging session will be applied to guests who charge their EVs.
Visibility and Safety
Guests must ensure that the charging corda is clearly visible when running from the window to the vehicle. High-visibility items (e.g. reflective tape, cones, flag) must be used to mark the cord and prevent tripping hazards. Charging cords should not obstruct walkways or create unsafe conditions for other guests.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to property or injury resulting from the use of their EV charging equipment. The property is not liable for any damage to the guest’s vehicle or charging equipment.
Compliance with Regulations
Guests must comply with all local regulations and guidelines regarding EV charging. Only certified and properly maintained charging equipment should be used.
Notification
Guests must inform the reception before starting to charge their EVs. If in the event that guest does not have a high-visibility item, staff may be able to provide an item for an additional cost of $5.00 which must be returned when finished.
Prohibited Actions
Charging from unauthorised outlets or tampering with property electrical setup is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in additional charges or eviction from the property.
Safe Charging Practices
Although charging station safety features reduce the risk of a mishap during the charging operation, they are heavy-duty electrical appliances and safe practices should always be followed:
- Read and follow the instructions provided with your vehicle and by the accommodation property.
- Ensure your hands are dry and do not touch the metal terminals on the connection points.
- Do not use the charging station when the socket outlet is wet or during a thunderstorm.
- Do not attempt to use the charging station to charge anything other than an electric vehicle.
- Do not use a charging station that is damaged or modified, and do not attempt to charge a damaged battery.
- Inspect the cables and plugs before using them.
- Do not use cables that are worn, frayed, split or have exposed wires.
- Do not use plugs that are cracked, crushed or have some other damage.
- Take good care of your charging cable. Park close enough to the charging station so that you do not over-extend the cable.
- If you have any doubts about whether it is safe to use the charging station, contact the Property Staff.
By following this policy, we aim to provide a safe and convenient EV charging experience for all our guests while maintaining the safety and integrity of our property.
Gang Insignia
Gang Insignia including patches must not be worn or displayed in the property.
Parking
Motel parking is for Motel guests only. Please ensure that visitors park outside the Motel and ensure that your visitors do not disturb other Motel guests. All visitors must depart by 9pm. Visitors are your responsibility, so any issues caused will make you liable.
Smoking
All of our units are designated non-smoking. You can smoke outside but please come and ask at Reception for an ashtray. We ask that you please close the unit doors and windows while you are smoking. Please be aware that $100 extra cleaning fee if the unit smells of smoke and an extra $500 if you have smoked inside.
Visitors
Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 10 pm. Visitors’ vehicles are to be left outside the park or in the visitor's car park.
Any charge for visitors, if not paid, will be your responsibility. We ask for your co-operation so that your stay and the stay of other guests can be enjoyable.
